Amanda High was Reinvestment Fund’s Chief of Strategic Initiatives, responsible for managing the interconnection of strategic resource development, communications, and program innovation. In this position, Ms. High was responsible for launching initiatives, achieved by implementing new products, programs and partnerships. She joined Reinvestment Fund in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives for national and international nonprofit and development organizations. Prior to Reinvestment Fund, Ms. High served as the Head of Resource Mobilization at the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), an organization working across the African continent to help millions of small-scale farmers and their families lift themselves out of poverty and hunger. Her career also includes service with the U.S. Department of State, the American Red Cross in Asia and Africa, and the National Philanthropic Trust. Ms. High completed Master’s degree coursework in Economics and International Affairs at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
Susan Conrey worked at IBM but is now retired. She spent three decades in the healthcare/life sciences industry at Watson Healthcare. Now she is working for Verizon, specializing in Healthcare Industry Digital Transformation.
Dr. Linda Fleisher has over 30 years of experience in health communications (including digital health interventions), health disparities, and dissemination and implementation of evidence-based cancer control interventions. During her tenure as the Project Director and PI for the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Cancer Information Service and the Fox Chase Cancer Center’s Resource and Education Center, she co-developed several interactive treatment decision-making digital health tools for cancer patients, as well as technology-based patient education programs. She led and managed a team of cancer control professionals to develop collaborations with regional and local organizations to address health disparities across the tristate area, as well across the nation. She is the co-director of the NCI’s GMaP – Region 4 at Fox Chase. In addition, she is the Co-PI on a randomized trial to test the efficacy of a digital health tool to improve informed decision-making about clinical trials, as well as a randomized control study of an interactive self-management tool for adults with diabetes. In her tenure at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (from 2013-2018) she led a number of digital health projects and initiatives focused on digital health and child safety, as well as the development of broad-based implementation processes to integrate evidence-based digital health into practice, both locally and globally. She also served as a co-director of the mHealth Research Affinity Group and continues her affiliation as an external advisor to this group. She has led the development of digital health evaluation tools through funding from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and is currently leading a pilot project to facilitate the pathway for women and minority-owned entrepreneurs into the NSF pipeline.

Lisette is also a LatinX Personality for Latino Connection Series and El Sol Hispanic Newspaper. She holds a current Licensed in Accident& Health and used to sell the SNP Medicare Health plan to the Philadelphia communities and surrounding region. Lisette has been an active community member and volunteer for over 25 years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Health Promotion Council, HUNE, Inc., Hispanic Leadership Association Board Member, Community College of Philadelphia Alumni Foundation Advisory Committee, Multicultural Advisory Committee & the Latina Luncheon Advisory Committee for American Heart Association. She also serves as a committee member for the Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America, Vale La Pena Committee, and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Lisette was the former Secretary of the Board of Trustees for ASPIRA of PA, for Five Charter Schools. She also served as Vice President of The Lighthouse Sports and Recreation, a previous Board member of Taller Puertorriqueno and is a former President of the Home and School Association at Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School. In her earlier years, Lisette was active with the Police Athletic League (PAL) as an assistant coach for girls’ basketball and girls’ softball, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters as a “big sister” to Philadelphia youth. Lisette González is enthusiastic about working with the youth and the community because she also came from humble beginnings and has overcome much adversity. She is a first-generation college graduate, and eventually also earned a graduate degree. In her twenties, Lisette took a deep interest in behavioral health and began working with children and families. She said, "It was very important for me to reach as many youths and families as possible with the knowledge and experience I acquired from this field in order to help them begin their journey through resiliency and recovery and help people heal and grow with the issues they were facing in their lives." She utilized turmoil she experienced as a child as her motivation to assist with community engagement to provide solutions and empowerment within her community. Lisette González has over 15+ years in leadership and management working with at risk, underserved, and the inner- city diverse children & their families. She was a discipline-hearing officer for 7 years and administered hearings for five charter schools K-12th. Lisette was the Associate Executive Director at NHS, Human Services and oversaw Children & Family Services for Philadelphia in the Behavioral Health Field. Prior to she was the Director of Children Services at Intercommunity Action. Lisette also has experience in working in the school setting running a school-based behavioral health program in collaboration with the Philadelphia School System and Community Behavioral Health, which allowed her to collaborate closely with parents, school staff and school district officials. Additionally, Lisette has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Temple University and a Masters in Adults & Organization Development. However, after receiving her master’s degree, Lisette decided to do a post- Master’s program in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was drawn to working with the younger generation in elementary and secondary education in the school setting because she wanted to learn more about human development across the life span. She wanted to explore more about family and environmental influences of the development of younger people. During this journey, Lisette was able to gain positions in the behavioral health field and was promoted exceptionally quickly because of my proven administrative history. This experience has helped her to be exposed to a wide variety of the multicultural populations. She learned more about school aged students and has a better understanding where the younger generations are coming from both psychologically and ecologically. These experiences provided Lisette with a valuable insider’s view of the challenges of working in the Public Educational School System, having a better understanding about the younger populations, family and environmental influences and Lisette feels that her experiences have prepared her with the necessary insight to work with to a wide range of schools, and families. Dr. Harris-Williams is a seasoned healthcare professional and has extensive experience in quality, utilization management, and disease and case management. In her role at Health Partners Plans, she oversees the development and management of clinical strategies aimed at ensuring the highest quality care and the best health outcomes for Health Partners Plans’ members. She is a major contributor to the development of several our quality programs that include the oral health initiative, diabetes prevention programs, tobacco cessation and a strategy to combat opioid misuse.
