Pamela Clarke, MSW, is the Senior Director of Quality and Operations at the Health Promotion Council (HPC). In this role her responsibilities include: Providing leadership, management and technical capability for continuous quality improvement to the organization’s programs and operations, ensuring effective and efficient use of human and financial capital; Monitoring and strengthening business operations, staff core competencies, organization-wide data and evaluation planning and implementation, and compliance related to all funded activities. Additionally, Ms. Clarke oversees Tobacco Cessation and Control Programs and the Training Capacity and Building Department.
With over over 35 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Clarke has a demonstrated history as a leader in the industry. She has worked extensively with hospitals, health plans and behavioral health organizations. She is skilled in healthcare management and operations, public policy and advocacy. Prior to joining HPC, she was Instrumental in the establishment and implementation of a regional health information exchange.
In 2017, Ms. Clarke obtained a certification from the Jefferson School of Population Health’s Academy. She has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
